When I watch programmes like Masterchef on TV, and they talk about a good blend of flavours, I never used to know what they meant.
Now I know.
At Cafe Food for Thought, I ordered a veggie burger. It comes with brie, pineapple and relish in the bun (as well as salad and curly fries on the plate). I don't like brie. I generally find pineapple disgusting.
I figured it would be an interesting meal.
The flavours blended perfectly. The curly fries were cooked to perfection. And the salad dressing was yummy.
My wife had a topped naan bread, which was equally tasty.
Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant and toilets were bright and clean.
We went back a couple hours later for a hot chocolate and a brownie. These were good, but not as amazing as the main course.
Vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free types will find ample choice on the menu.
