We had a brilliant stay here for a group of 18 people for a 26th Birthday weekend. All cottages join together to give the illusion of one big house. Would highly recommend all groups. Local amenities are good on site with pubs and supermarkets close also.
Would stay again

My partner & I originally booked into Yew Cottage, but on arrival we were welcomed by Carol who kindly upgraded us to the 5* Oak Cottage. We could not fault anything about it. The cottage was so spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything you would need on a self catering break. Good location, only 3 miles into Boston itself and the local pub The Wheatsheaf Inn was a few hundred yards down the road which served good food and the staff were really friendly. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

What an amazing place to stay, we will definitely be staying there again.
The cottages are really lovely, very spacious, very tastefully furnished/equipped and spotlessly clean. Anything you could possibly want is provided for, the kitchen is better equipped than my own, the many towels provided were soft and fluffy, there were many complimentary toiletries provided, there was also washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, liquid hand soap in the kitchen and both bathrooms, plenty of toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, plum bread and Boston sausages. There was even a cookery book and magazines.
There is a laundry room with a couple of washing machines and a couple of dryers which are free to use. There are 2 built in bbqs available for use in the court yard, with bbq tools, charcoal and lighter fuel stored in the laundry room available for you to use. There are also games and books stored there too.
There are plenty of garden bench table/chairs in the court yard and we also had the same outside the back of our cottage (Beech Cottage) as well as a long seat and independent table. There is also plenty of areas available for you to take long walks, the grounds are well maintained.
Carol, the owner, is really lovely and very obliging.
There is a little family run pub (the Wheatsheaf) a bit further down the road, which is really friendly and serves excellent food.
I think if you pay a visit to these wonderful cottages, you will definitely want to make a return trip.

We were a party of 4 adults and 1 boy of 15, two of whom were in wheelchairs. We booked into Beech Cottage for 5 days and had a wonderful time. The set up of the cottage couldn't be faulted, everything we needed was provided and more. It was easy for the two people in wheelchairs to move around and the wet room was great, allowing independance, but also room for assistance when required.. Carol was on hand when we arrived and provided us with good local information and the laundry room had information leaflets as well as a collection of outdoor and indoor games. Highly recommended for able bodied and disabled alike and a good area to discover the delights of Lincolnshire!

Room Tip: Beech Cottage was great and had the added bonus of being able to book an aditional room with ensuit...

We stayed at Yew cottage for 4 nights at the end of July. We found the cottage very clean and well equipped. Plenty of outdoor space for a toddler to burn off some energy! The cottages are in a great location for exploring the area - not far to Lincoln, Peterborough and Skegness on good road links. Our host was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. A lovely quiet holiday complex which l would recommend to anyone wanting to stay around the Boston area.

We stayed in Yew Cottage. So lovely to have all that space. Very tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The welcome package of goodies went down very well for breakfast on the first morning. Well equipped kitchen (better than our own!). It was just cold enough in the evening to light the log burner - a real treat.
Went to Boston on the first afteroon and found it a nice little market town. We climbed The Stump! That evening went out to the Wheatsheaf Inn which is a couple of minutes walk. Wonderful real ale pub.
All in all, a great success. Will definitely return one day.

Family of 8 occupied 2 cottages for a mini break. Cottages were clean, well furnished and equipped, and very comfortable. Connecting door between the cottages made it easy for us to get together. Highly recommended.
