“Just have to play this beauty!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2013

Started out with a wee Scotish Mist ....but within 2holes we had clear weather in order to tackle certainly one of THE BEST. Scotish courses which has a few very special treats for those of us whom are used to North American Park like courses.
The reception was first class and the caddies worked out very well and well worth the money!
I have now played all the major courses in the area including Murfield, The Renaissance, Dinbar , Gulane# 1 , Craiglaw. .....but North Berwick was by far the most memorable and must say enjoyable outing of a 6 course rotation in June 2013!

“Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

As per all the other reviews, this is an excellent course with a warm welcome from all the staff. It's a super layout with some very interesting holes, definitely worth a visit for any keen golfer. The service in the bar for meals afterwards was a bit slow, but bearable.

“Precision golf”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

We loved the North Brewick Golf course. The club house, which is for members is shared with golfers from the public. The club has rules about dress code and what you can wear into the dining room - no rain gear. Soft spikes are ok, however. John the door man was very hospitable and service was excellent. Unfortunately, we had an amazingly wet and windy day which out a damper on our golf. I would love to play the course again.

“Unique G.C. Pricey? Not from what you get!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

Played it on the 8 th of June 2013. Booked on Saturday afternoon.the greenfee was 96£. A foursome with caddies. The layaout is just unique! Like playing the Old Course but different and not as "picky". The starter really helpful and nice! The caddies really polite, nice and helpful. If you play there make sure you book a caddie to enjoy it, it is diificult without them due to the layout. The greens are in perfect shape! The wall you cross twice makes it unique! There are 4/5 holes you dream about them once you play there! The 15 th is "the PAR 3"! The 17th has an unforgettable green with 2 platforms separeted by a ridge, just there in N.B. Nowhere else! And the 18 th is just like the 17th of the Old Course with the Paking to the right, make sure you aim to the left side of the fairway! If you get a good shot there will be pedestrians watching and applauding you!. In general it is one of the best Links I have ever played, and trust me, I have played many in UK! Don't miss it if you go to Scotland! If you book a caddie ask for Cat Small or Calvin Leslie, they are the best caddies we have found so far! Don't miss the Club House, enjoy a beer after your round it is like being in 1832 (year it was stablished). Enjoy it!

“A terrific golf course”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

A terrific golf course with lovely old club house and well-equipped ocker rooms. We started our golf in Scotland here and were not disappointed! The pro-shop is well stocked and the starter and club house greeter are indeed friendly. The club house bar is well run with a limited but well executed menu and attentive service (great views of the course and firth).
