Not being very into Dali's work, I cannot say much about the art displayed in the museum. There is not a lot of "melted clocks", but some quite fun paintings and objects that made my children enjoy the visit. The building itself, both interior and exterior, is quite fascinating.
But: We waited for more than an hour in the sun, in a quite unorganised queue (people heading to the tourist information have to pass through the queue all the time). Finally got in, and as others have written: The house is packed. In the narrow corridors there really is far to many people, in the larger areas it is not such a big problem.
PS: It is possible to buy tickets online for weekends all year round and aternoons from 1/07 to 31/08 on the website.
