“What an hidden Gem”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

We stayed here for a week in October and we must say what a great stay it was,It's location is superb.
Pool area is one of the best we have stayed in at Tenerife, you can spend the whole day around there and not have too worry about the price of the drinks as they are really well priced, also plenty of sunbeds and space so no need to make a mad dash,
We booked a room direct through the Pueblo Torviscas web site an so glad that we did as you get a better room booking direct than booking with a travel agent.
Staff are very polite and do there best to please you,
The only negative (being really picky)is they don't have a free courtesy room so we had to pay €20 for a late check out and move to another room.
Book at this place and you won't be disappointed. We are returning again in July and can't wait.

Thank you for taking time to make a review and we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. As we look after private apartments we are not always able to offer a courtesy room due to our high volume of occupancy. When possible, we are able to offer a late check out or as in your case a switch of rooms on the day of departure, for a small charge. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Just back from a week stay here....went to meet up with friends for the week and we were put in block A room A27! Never again...room was freezing cold and beds were like rocks....the room wasn't too clean either the fridge could do with being pulled out as the dirt was disgusting...not that I looked for it but you could t help but see it...I never go on holiday to check out little bits of dirt or cracked tiles! The room itself was well equipped with microwave. Toaster. Kettle. Iron and ironing board. Fridge and cooking rings with well stocked cupboards, cups, glasses etc. I would Definately stay here again just not in that room, that side never gets any sun and because Tenerife had had bad weather for a few weeks I suppose that's why it was colder too. Morten was helpfull but didn't have another room to put us in so took some money off the balance and suggested other rooms if we stayed again which I would as the complex is nice enough and In a great place as everything is near by. The bars/restaurant were good although we only ate breakfast there. Staff are all friendly. So all in all as we were with friends we had a fantastic time just a shame about the room really so my advice would be to ask for a sunny room especially at this time of year if the weather was bad.

Room Tip: Ask for a sunny room

Just returned from another wonderful holiday at Pueblo Torviscas and we have booked again for next year. We book direct with Morten who is very helpful. We appreciate being able to book any day to any day and choose which type of accommodation and its location within the complex which is situated very near sea front and many restaurants etc. We have stayed in both studios and apartments and they are well equipped with fridge, microwave ,kettle toaster.iron and ironing board, clothes dryer on balcony and ample pots pans and cutlery. Always plenty of hot water, with washing up liquid ,dish cloth etc provided. Accommodation is always very clean. The swimming pools are fab and very clean with plenty of sunbeds. I would recommend trying the small Italien restaurant just outside. The food is superb.

Room Tip: You can choose sea view or pool view

We have visited the complex on many occasions and have always had a fantastic time. We book directy through the complex via morten.. who I must say is extremely helpful and friendly..........I have already booked again for May and October next year..as we love it so much..If u book early you can choose the room of your choice as I like a pool view, however I have also had a sea view which is just as nice. I would recommend a visit to anyone...you would not be disappointed. ..My friends visited this year....loved it and have booked again for next year in july.....The staff are really helpful and the rooms kept very clean..We never ate in the clubhouse as we usually like to go out for a walk on an evening then just choose a place to eat whist out..if you like chinese try the slow boat...its lush.......however my friends eat in the clubhouse many times and said the food was very good. We did try the pool bar and the food and staff were great.. Just outside you have Mick and Staceys bar....they have a party night on a wednesday with live entertainment which starts about 4pm...its a fantastic afternoon/night..and Mick and Stacey make you very welcome......not forgetting Emma who who works extreamy hard behind the bar......you must also make a visit to bar smile. ..as they do a fab pint in a frosted glass..which is very refreshing on a hot afternoon......Thanks again Moren for helping us to choose a fab room...Much appreciated♡

Just got back from another fantastic stay at Pueblo Torviscas. It never fails to deliver. The whole complex is stunning, spotless and family friendly. This time we were with our son, daughter in law and 5 year old grand-daughter. They had a super time and cant wait to go back. Poli was his usual delightful self and made us welcome like old friends. The food at the pool bar is excellent and great value for money, as is the service. The recent refurbishments were spot on although if I had one complaint, the corners of the sofas were a bit sharp, I have the bruises on my legs to prove it! That said I should look where I walk.

We visited Pueblo Torviscas in July this year and stayed for 11 nights (myself and my hubby). It was our first time there, we decided to visit on the advise of close friends who have visited many times - and wow, I am glad we did. This complex is so well set out, clean and well looked after. The pools are amazing! The pools and communal areas are continuously being cleaned and the staff are always working hard. Special mention for Luca who works extremely hard - there are plenty of activities going on if you want to join in but you are not harassed by him if all you want to do is lie about and sunbathe. While we were there, there was even fashion shows around the pool a couple of times.

The food, both in the Clubhouse and the Pool Bar, was very good and reasonable even compared to the many fab restaurants in the immediate area. The price of the drinks was also very reasonably priced - beer for 1 euro at the poolbar on a hot afternoon. Pueblo Torviscas is located in an extremely great area - two minutes to the beach and a great variety of bars and restaurants all around it - we particularly enjoyed Bar Smile and Mick and Staceys which are located just out the front entrace of the Torviscas.

Our room (G33) was refurbished and had a great pool view - we loved it so much we have booked again for next year at the same time. All in all, a great complex - we booked directly with pueblotorviscas.com via Morten - who was very helpful indeed, can't wait to return.

Room Tip: If you book direct with pueblotorviscas.com, they will try their utmost to give you the room you req...

I went to these Apartments twice last year May and August! with my wife and 7 year old daughter, its a very relaxing place and great location and a very good shallow pool for my daughter, there is two pools the other one more quieter. The beer was 1 euro, glass wine 2 euros round the pool in the day if you fancied a drink. Food was very reasonable priced , with lots of restaurants near by...
