these apartments are in a fantastic location if u wanna be not far to all the bars and clubs.however they r extremely basic, our shower didnt even work, and the balcony wouldnt open. we were moved the next day but still that was annoying. i would only recognise these apartments to groups of lads/girls who r just out for a good time at a budget price.oh yes not to mention the graffiti on the furniture - nice.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a week and was in Paradero 2 room 033. We were on a package holiday so bus dropped us off from airport. Having checked in we became apprehensive when we saw 2 dead cockroaches on the way to our room. Later we learned they die from the posion put down around the place. We had a small problem with midget flies in our bathroom. They were tiny but plentiful and on the walls. I went to the reception to report it and the excellent staff said they would send a cleaning lady straight away to spray them. She was at the room before I was and the problem was taken care of quickly. The location is just fantastic, pool is very relaxing and clean and they were beginning to build a new poolside bar there when we were leaving.

Its a 2 star place but it is clear they are trying to get upgraded to a 3 star.
Staff - very good
Rooms - basic but fine and they are cleaned every day
Insects and rodents - Saw none except 2 dead roaches and some midgets!
Location - unbeatable! 4 Irish bars with none of them more that 30 yards away!
Pool - Very nice, clean and relaxing
Security - 3 security men on duty every night but place is known to have robberies so lock up properly day and night!

Maybe we just got lucky but this is my opinion of the place! We loved it.

i was in tenerife in sept 04 and we stayed in these apartments.. very centrally located and the rooms whilst there basic enough they were clean and were cleaned regularly.. very convient to restaurants and an excellent chinese just a few doors down.. the bar was the only fault i found with the place the entertainment a bit boring and entertainment not great (irish bars in town made up for that tho) overall very good

Myself and my wife stayed here in July 05. The first night in our room (which as tired and outdated) was a nightmare. Heard noises all night which i couldnt explain. The next morning on investigation there was black rice crispies everywhere! or so I thought..Mice droppings! In the Cupboards, on the floor, no wonder there are wild cats everywhere! We complained and got moved straight away. Second room was bearable. The pool side had broken glass and fag ends everywhere. It is described as family friendly in the brochure. More 18-30! Never be back. An absolute Nightmare!
