We stayed at the Nerja Princess in the middle of June, whilst house hunting in Spain. It is easy to find as it is signposted from the main road into Nerja. On entering the hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the cool marble decor. This hotel has a really friendly feel. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Our room was on the same level as the Reception desk, which in truth made it rather noisy, especially early in the morning with check outs, but don't let this deter you, there are other floors!! Our room was spotless, the bathroom was of an excellent standard, with bath and shower, and a lovely set of toiletries, etc that even included a comb!! There is also a minibar in the room. Our room (they all have balconies) looked out over a lovely planted area which turned out to be the roof of the toilets by the swimming pool, but you never would have known this. The pool was lovely, and there is a nice area to lounge around in. If you had a room on the upper levels you would look out over the car park, but car parking is plentiful, so no worries there! Breakfast delicious, loads of fresh fruit. There is a restaurant in the same street recommended in The Rough Guide to Andalucia, but we didn't go there, tried a couple of others in town, which is only about 5 minutes walk away. Lots of places nearby to buy water, etc. A fabulous little hotel, would definitely stay again, if we don't buy the farmhouse that we fell in love with!!
