Very friendly and courteous service from the waiters. Was brought mini bolognese pasties (not requested but do not recall seeing them on the bill) pretty much straight away and these were very tasty. We shared a txistorra starter and it was lucky that we didn't have one each, given how much food was to arrive for the main meal.
I asked for a steak recommendation and was suggested to go for the bife de chorizo. The cut was described as being between the leanness and texture of fillet, and the taste of ribeye. I went for the option with fried eggs on top and chips on the side for just over €20 I think. This steak was superb. Substantial in size, succulent, virtually fat-free meat and just delicious. Unlike many places, they actually managed to get the steak medium rare as requested. The FREE chimichurri sauce (ask for it) was an excellent complement and if anyone can get the exact ingredients of theirs listed on the menu I'd be eternally grateful...
The house red was enjoyable.
This was by far the best steak I've ever eaten, above the Wagyu I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to visit this restaurant or recommend to friends. Looking forward to going back!
