My second time at this hotel turned out to be not such a good experience as the first one; we've been assigned a room at the first floor in the "B" part of the hotel. It didn't look like a 4 star hotel to me, to be honest. I've seen rooms whose doors didn't close properly, the elevator was weird, our door handle that made me wonder if it'll break when pressed harder.
Inside the room everything was clean, but it looked like an old 3* hotel: the furniture looked a little old, some of the towels and bathrobes had obvious signs of wear and tear and we didn't have any laundry bags (due to a supply problem, as the cleaning lady informed us - she was very nice, by the way). So far, nothing tragic.
But then the night came and we noticed how "comfortable" the bed was. The two beds, placed next to each other, were the kind that have the mattress inside a wooden frame, like a box, with old mattresses that were soft and whose coils felt like lumps when laying on them. Had a very bad sleep there and I won't be returning because of this.
Another negative thing was the checkout, it took around 40 minutes. They didn't have a working POS so I had to get money from an ATM and the lady at the front desk had trouble finding out how much we needed to pay for the laundry (somehow they didn't report that to the front desk or something..)
