This place is hands down the only place to dine for sushi in Northwest Arkansas. Everything is always fresh. They feature fish & oyster selections not offered anywhere else. The menu sports all kinds of unique creations that really separate them from all the other wanna-be's.
Personal Fav's: Spicy Crab Salad, Smoked Salmon Nigiri (be sure to ask for the fresh wasabi, this is not that green paste everyone else pawns off), Smoked Cash roll, Daikon roll, fried rice (1000 times better than competitors), Seafood Champone (soup only offered on special dates), all of the oysters (none of that Gulf junk, they import theirs), the sake menu has dozens of options, the Japanese whisky is as smooth as green label johnny walker, and the wasabi bloody Mary's are a house special (they even stuff their own olives).
The staff are all top notch and reflect the mastery that Darwin (the owner) demands of anything his name is attached to.
