If blood-stained sheets, very foul odors, and poor customer service is your forte, then this is the hotel for you. We entered a room that smelled like extreme body odor masked with room deodorizer that housed a king sized bed with blood-stained sheets. Yes, they were clean but that is beside the point. We called the front desk to complain and the response was that we would get a discount and a note would be left for the manager. My husband then took the sheets off the bed, opened the windows, (the temperature was in the mid 30's) went to the desk, requested different sheets and some deodorizer. At no time, were we offered a different room and there was availability. Then to make things worse upon check-out, the desk clerk couldn't figure out how to do the "discount" and said the computer crashed. We left with no receipt and the consensus that it was our last visit to this hotel.
