“Good Pizza”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2014

I have been going to Cable Car Pizza off and on for years. It takes a little bit to get your pizza, but no longer than a normal Pizza join. I you are look for a great looking dining area you will be upset with what you see. Although the look of the place has nothing to do with how good some of their pizzas are. If you don't like the looks of the inside call it in and pick it up. But Cable Car Pizza is worth checking out at least ones, if not weekly.
Cable Car Pizza can be found in the shopping center at the intersection of Mission and Crossover, near the Neighborhood Market.

“Order Take Out, If You Must”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013

The pizza was not the worst I've had. But the dine-in experience was just about at the bottom of my list. They have a big banner out front that advertises pitchers of beer on sale. Then you find out when you sit down that they have let their liquor license expire. You get your pizza in a modest amount of time. But, after having eaten a couple of pieces, you discover that the bad odor you've been catching a whiff of is coming from the Parmesan Cheese sprinkler you've been using. You let your server know that the cheese has gone bad and she removes it from the table, but never brings back a replacement for you. And the winky metal forks bend way too easily when you try to cut the pizza. There are award posters on the walls for "best pizza" and "people's choice" from 1993, 1995, 1996 & 1997. But nothing recent...go figure!

“Great taste, just as we remembered it!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

Since Cable Car moved from downtown Fayetteville, my wife and I didn't know what happened to them and didn't think about them until Living Social offered a deal recently. The pizza is just as we remember it. We love the Hawaiian with pineapple, pepperoni, Canadian bacon and mushroom. Cold beer on tap in frosty mugs. It was part of a great date night. While the pizza was excellent, since we had been to the previous location, the ambiance just wasn't the same. It felt like we were sitting in a quickly renovated strip center storefront with a couple pizza ovens inside. I am not sure we would eat at the location again but will probably get carry out if we are willing to travel 25 minutes to get it.

“Good size pizza but had problems”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2012

You could not order a beer because they had some kind of problem with their beer license. The pizza was good and size is larger than most but you have to like tea or water.

“Best pizza in NWA. If you're a fan of New York pizza, this is the place.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2012 via mobile

What can I say? Great thin yet Not cracker crust (I should know what I mean) tasty sause, not sweet with a little kick to it. Don't hate about the atmosphere, you're there to eat, it's Not a high class restaurant it's a low key place to enjoy the company you're with and eat the best tasting pie ever. So enjoy!
