We spent 1 night at the Killyon which was a real disappintment. Its rated as a 4* bed and breakfast and displays lots of award certificates on the walls however whoever goes round and gives out those awards never actually slept in the beds. We had a beautiful room but the bed which was obviously an antique must have had the original 100 year old mattress and springs! It was the worst bed I have ever slept in. The shower cubicle doors were broken and the sink was blocked and took 10 mins to drain away. Whilst the house is beautiful and the room looked lovely, for the money I thought it overpriced. Having said that the hosts were friendly and the breakfast nice.
