We have just come back from a lovely weekend in Carrigaline Court Hotel. We had stayed there before and were verey impressed so when we saw a special offer advertised we decided to take advantage! It was just as good - the leisure centre is really nice and it was great that one Sat. afternoon it was not full of screaming kids. The jacuzzi/sauna were very quiet and relaxing also.

Our main memory from the last time was how good the food in the Restaurant was and once again we were not disappointed! What a beautiful selection and so different from the usual run of the mill menus. Food was top class!

The staff are very friendly but very professional.

Not much in Carrigaline but Cork City is only 15 minutes drive away and Kinsale is not much further so its a good base!

We will definitely use this hotel again in the future if we decide to travel down south!

The Carrigaline Court is a 4 star (AA and RAC) leisure centre hotel.
The hotel itself feels very new and is exceptionally clean.
What sets this hotel apart from others I've stayed in is that the staff are quite simply the best I've ever encountered. They really couldn't do enough for us, going out of their way to ensure that we all had a great time, nothing was too much trouble. The overall quality of this hotel far exceeds the major chain hotels that I've stayed in over the years and offers better value. Likewise the Bistro is extremely well run and friendly, staff were very happy to look after special requests.
The meal inclusive deals are excellent value as the menu is of a very high standard, fillet steaks, fish etc. Specials are very focussed towards seafood, which was excellent. We did get a little bored with the Bistro after three nights but Kinsale is only 20 minutes drive away with some of the best seafood restaurants in Ireland. Breakfast is excellent, you name it, it's available.
Carrigaline itself has very little going for it, a typical small Irish town, pubs and a supermarket but the location is ideal as a base to explore Cobh, Kinsale and Cork itself. Visit Fota wildlife park if it's not raining.
All in all an excellent hotel and one I know we'll be revisiting soon.

Got a great rate at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the restaurant for breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend. It's not far outside Cork City, but not ideal for City Centre tourism. Good spot for exploring the county from though.

The hotel itself is modern & new - with good-sized rooms, and good facilities. The beds are verrrry comfy, and the showers are great. The bar is friendly, and set out like an old-style pub. There's original art (for sale too) on display on the walls, which is a nice touch. Leisure centre is great too.

The staff are excellent - friendly, very helpful - really good customer service.

Plenty of places to eat in the hotel - bistro & bar, or try Ali's bistro on the main street.

Highly recommended!
