Let me start by saying that the view we experienced, the evening we dined at the restaurant was to die for! A red sun setting over ballycotton / garryvoe bay(s) created the most amazing colours.
We had family visiting from overseas and wanted to take them somewhere nice (with a view) and a restaurant with fresh seafood to celebrate a special birthday. The Maitre D' and his staff provided excellent service, attending to our every need whilst there. Our visitors were particularly impressed with the fish dishes and while it's more on the expensive side, the food is very tasty and the ambience is romantic and alluring. However, be warned, you will not roll out of the restaurant full (the portions are very small) unless you have stocked up on the delicious bread provided at dinner or purchased more sides than normal. We have overseas guests arriving soon and they are going to stay in the hotel for a few nights based on our recommendation as the location is so scenic.
