Requested reservations on-line for non-smoking room and had a confirmation, but when we arrived, they only had a smoking room available. Front desk personnel said Comfort Inn on-line does that to them all the time. But, we looked at the room and it actually didn't smell too bad so we took it. The front desk young man was helpful, but the other two that we dealt with were not very willing to answer any questions; how far to a place, good restaurant, etc. I asked how far to Branson and the young woman working during the day didn't have a clue. And, didn't seem to want to help either. The breakfast was good and the dining room was really nice. Only two waffle irons so it can get a little backed up, but everything is spotless. The cook there is to be commended for staying on top. Oh, the quiches were very good, but don't look for any meat in anything. We were on second floor and heard noise from above so if you are a light sleeper, you might ask for the top floor. I was apalled the cleaning crew left an envelope for a tip with a note stuck to the front if we needed anything to let her know. I would definitely stay there again, but wouldn't depend on the front desk personnel for ANYTHING.
