“Unique and Interesting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

It is like stepping back into time with an amazing view. My husband and I took a kid free get away and we were lucky to have found such an interesting place to stay. The history of the hotel and the town itself made for a vacation to remember. We enjoyed the ghost tour and spa was fantastic. The food was not the best, but grounds and overall atmosphere made it well worth the stay. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique adventure.

simply breathtaking. Our stay was amazing. couldn't get enough of walking around looking for more things to look at. the hotel is just as beautiful at night as it is in the day. Staff was very informative and friendly. Highly recommend staying there.

My family goes there a lot...and I mean A LOT! Mainly just to look at the place. (We do stay too lol) and every time we are there, the staff remember us and makes us feel welcome. I love the history and the feeling you get when you're there. Heck, I even love the old hotel smell! Beautiful location, AWESOME brunch, wonderful rooms...my only flaw is every time I go on the ghost tour, the stories are always different. I'm guessing the way the stories are told is based on what your guide you get, but if the guides could just get together and get the stories straight, that'd be awesome! I will always consider this hotel home! Oh, and I've even had a few spooky experiences there! ;]

It was everything I had hoped for. Romantic and classic. Would love to stay again soon. Eureka Springs is such a beautiful area. The ghost tour was interesting and the tour guide was a lot of fun. The staff and service was excellent. The breakfast bar was delicious. Make sure to bring your camera.

We have stayed at this property for many years and then took a two year break. What a change! The best part was the new eleveator, from construciton materials piled in the halls, to out of control ghost tours with their patrons venturing into places that ar especifically off limits, strong food smells in the 3rd floor suites, dirty floors and edges, we were disappointed. While the property was busy, the standards have dropped, some direct and aggresive management is needed here!

The history and the surroundings of the Hotel are beautiful. The hotel needs some upgrades to support the prices they charge for rooms. Nice view of the valley from the top of the hotel. Overall prices were higher than expected, services were friendly but average. Banquets did a nice job for catered events. Sunday brunch was not what you would expect for the price.

This hotel is awesome. The furnishings are beautiful antiques that are also really comfortable. Our room was amazing. The history of this hotel is right out of the Twilight Zone. Be sure to look at the album of visitor's photos at the front desk and don't leave without taking the ghost tour. IWe took it just for laughs, but we wound up getting several pics that are unexplainable. Be sure to take pics of everything. We will definitely stay again.
