This hotel had ups and downs. Most of the staff was courteous and friendly, with the exception of one who complained about customers while I was sitting in the foyer on the computer. (This rant included cursing, and I was glad the kiddos were with their dad in our room!) The room was clean, but nothing fancy. It could stand some remodeling in the near future. The pool was wonderful. It is big and heated, and has an indoor hot tub. The restaurant was OK. We had the "free" breakfast, which consists of four or five choices from a limited menu. The food was good, though. The only choice for our kids was toast, yogurt or cold cereal, which was not great. I would stay there again for a good rate, but with so many available cottages, inns, etc. in Eureka Springs, I will consider my options.

Spent four nights at this hotel, and had a great time. We had a room overlooking the pool, which is very nice. Room of good size but unfortunately we could only get a room with two queen sized beds so they took up a lot of room, as there was only two of us. Apart from that it was clean and tidy. The Gazebo restuarant was very nice but had no atmosphere, Food good, but you did have to wait for your cooked breakfast. Would have been better if they had had a buffet style service. It is in a good location for the trolley stop, which takes you into town. The coffee was awful, (Douwe Egberts) okay if you like this brand, if you don't tough luck, there isn't any alternative. Would go again though it is a nice hotel.

This hotel was one of the better looking hotels in Eureka Springs. We checked in and were impressed with the lobby area and the gazebo restaurant.

Our room was a different story. The beds were very very uncomfortable and make plastic noises when you sat let alone moved on them. The shower had a very slow drain and it was not exactly sanitary. They had made construction changes to the rooms recently and it was a sub par effort.

The included breakfast was great compared to typical complimentary ones.

The town offers many bed and breakfast options but its hard to find information about them.

“worth a visit”

Best Western Eureka Inn

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was great but inconsistant service, you need to ask for Judy, had a bad waitress one morning and did not receive our drinks until the meal was nearly over. The rooms need a little repair. Our headboard was loose and it rattled and banged everytime we turned over in the bed. Warning for those unable to walk up stairs there are no elevators. Staff at the desk very helpful in getting tickets for local entertainment. Must see Ozark Mountain Hoedown while you are there. Doubt I will stay here again, will try other hotels for same price or less that looked great in person and had good reviews on internet.

We found this Best Western in Eureka Springs to be a great choice if you enjoy eating a (free included with your room) real full sit-down full-service breakfast in a nice on-property restaurant which is much better than a choice of just a syrofoam cup of coffee and a donut. Also for your safety you receive computer coded key cards to open your room door instead of just a key to open a lock that can be easily picked. Our room was not only visually spotlessly clean but it smelled fresh and clean as well; even the towels had clean scent! This place has ALL the regular amenities as well as a few more like a large pool and spa, fitness center, and restaurant. All the staff here are very friendly especially our waitress Judy. Judy was such a people person and went beyond her means to do everything she could do to make our time in the restaurant a very pleasureable one. It was also so nice that she remembered us from our previous visit too! You can order from five free breakfast selections like the large country breakfast platter of eggs (any style), with hashbrowns, homestyle biscuits, bacon or sausage. Juices and gravy are available too. Occasionally, Rose will come out from the office to meet and greet folks too! Sure, you might pay a little more here but for the cleanliness, conviences, and safety for you or your family this place can't be beat! This location is also right in the middle of Eureka Springs (near the entrance to the downtown area) so you have full access to everything including the trolley! We will miss all the comforts of staying here and having nearly everything done for us. We are looking forward to coming back here on our next visit!
