This hotel had ups and downs. Most of the staff was courteous and friendly, with the exception of one who complained about customers while I was sitting in the foyer on the computer. (This rant included cursing, and I was glad the kiddos were with their dad in our room!) The room was clean, but nothing fancy. It could stand some remodeling in the near future. The pool was wonderful. It is big and heated, and has an indoor hot tub. The restaurant was OK. We had the "free" breakfast, which consists of four or five choices from a limited menu. The food was good, though. The only choice for our kids was toast, yogurt or cold cereal, which was not great. I would stay there again for a good rate, but with so many available cottages, inns, etc. in Eureka Springs, I will consider my options.
