The Rock Cottage Gardens Bed and Breakfast Inn was the best place to stay in Eureka Springs, Ark. Mike and Debbie went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our 35th Anniversary weekend. The breakfast were out of this world. We will back to stay again sometime soon.

This was our first trip to Eureka Springs, so naturally our first stay at Rock Cottage Gardens. We stayed for three nights, and I honestly cannot think of one thing that would have made our visit better.

Debbie's three course breakfasts are over the top wonderful, seriously -- every bite is a party in your mouth. Each morning we had breakfast on their back deck, and the setting was perfection. Debbie and Mike are so gracious and delightful as they serve up the yumminess and interact with the guests.

Our cottage was terrific -- clean as can be with all the amenities one needs -- and the grounds are just spectacular. It is obvious that Mike has a ball doing the gardening and yardwork, and his loving attention has been rewarded with one of the prettiest settings I've ever seen. Every where you look there's another awesome sitting area with a lush abundance of trees, plants, and flowers.

Mike and Debbie were always available to attend to our every need -- be it a restaurant suggestion, more beverages for your cottage fridge, or to answer any questions about things to see and do. They are charming, sweet people, and they run a mighty fine place. Oh, and their dog is precious, too -- incredibly sweet and mild-mannered.

Arrived in Eureka Springs without a reservation, but only needed one night's lodging on the way to my business meeting ...Drove around looking for a place and the Rock Cottage Gardens, the prettiest place in Eureka Springs, caught my eye and lured me in! The place is magical. It's so inviting with all its beautiful, natural landscaping, flowers, outdoor fire pits and pretty wrought iron seating, darling 'rock' cottages, etc. My little cottage, the Aspen Room, was beautifully decorated and had every little amenity I could ever ask for...I spent the evening in front of the fire listening to Sade on the cd player...

The hosts of the inn are soooo nice and attentive and caring. I will head back there someday soon with my husband!!!

What a great place! The room was fabulous, bed was soft and comfortable and the Jacuzzi Tub was an added treat. Debbie and Mike were the perfect hosts. The weather was perfect so eating breakfast Alfresco on their patio was the perfect way to start our morning.

Thank you Mike, thank you Debbie. The Rock Cottage Gardens is now one of our favorite get-a-way spots.

When my husband and I decided on Eureka for our honeymoon we were not expecting the hospitality, care, and genuinely pampering hands of Mike and Debbie.

John and I mutually agreed that it would be hard to think of another couple who truly enjoyed their work and play so intently, which somehow they managed to make the two appear to be the same, work and play. Their enthusiasm, givingness and superior taste in menu selction, gardening and even decor made our entire week that we spent at the Cottage the most wonderful time we can remember ever having together, and we have quite a few memories together.

Mike and Debbie's concern for our comfort extended from the simplest thoughts of allergy medicine and tums-without both we would have been miserable-to ensuring our relaxation with massages and carriage rides. When we weren't being spoiled by their sheer presence, we relished in the magnificent gardens of flowers, water fountains, vines, etc. that Mike very tenderly and expertly keeps. That's not even to mention the exquisite cooking which Deb prepared every morning that could easily top any fine dining we have ever eaten or worked at. As if all that was not enough, the cottage we were blessed enough to stay in, the Crystal Cottage, was so perfectly designed, decorated, and well kept that we were really dragging our feet on the day of departure.

All in all, Mike and Debbie left a life long mark on us with there selfless giving and beyond the call of a Bed & Breakfast kindness. They made us feel like personal guests and warmly welcomed family. We will not only return to the Rock Cottage Gardens to stay with Mike & Debbie for our one year anniversary, but every getaway chance we can possibly muster.

Thank you, Mike & Debbie, for making our honeymoon so perfect that we truly want to relive it over and over again.

Friends Always,
John & Tammy Darnall
