I reserved 2 rooms at Land O Nod on 9/2 and 9/3. These were smaller rooms over the office. We were shown the rooms as we checked in because we were told they were small. The size of fine. So we checked in. Left to eat and it was when we returned that we discovered the problems with the bathrooms. My friends shower was stopped up so she couldn't use it. The lavatory had not been cleaned. The soap dish in my bath was so dirty I wouldn't use it. The faucets in the lavatory were dirty. The water in the shower was brown when first turned on. The free standing lavatory had mold on the bottom side. The continental consisted of cinnamon rolls.

We checked out the next a.m. (without eating) and asked for a refund for the night's lodging. We were charged $155.60 when we checked in. We were given a credit for $77.80. And a charge of $77.90 was still on our credit card when we received our statement. My friend called the hotel and was told she wasn't getting a free night's stay and was quite nasty. I wrote to the owner and have not received any response.
