I highly recommend this Inn for those like-minded people who'd rather spend their money doing more and staying longer rather than trying to see everything Eureka has to offer in two nights due to the high cost of the ritzier hotels. I knew we were in the right place when the very first night the front desk alerted us to the fact that our interior light was on in our car signaling that a door had been left open. That is the kind of personal service you get from Ann Marie or "Ree" as the locals call her. The Country Music Inn is far enough away from the noisey downtown to enjoy sipping coffee on their new deck in the trees, but centrally located to all main roads. This is a small town, everything is either walking distance or a short 5 -10 minute drive away. A bit of inside info that we didn't know before coming-Eureka Springs downtown is a bit noisey on weekends when there is a fest in town. Bikers and car enthusiasts use downtown to show off their rides which is something to see as well. But we were very glad to be staying away from all that and in a clean room. Ree was also quick to point out where we could find other nice local businesses so we didn't waste our time getting bad service like we did in Key West one summer. And when was the last time you got a handwritten thank you note from a big chain hotel when you got home?
