Gaskins Cabin has become our favorite restaurant in Eureka Springs - and we have been visiting for 10 years. Wonderful wait staff, very nice wine and beer selections, and a great new bar/waiting area in the front room. The specials are always great, but the prime rib is to die for! Can't wait to go back.

We own a Bed and Breakfast in town (5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast) and have eaten at Gaskins Cabin a number of times since the new owners took over a year ago. It is one of our favorites here in Eureka Springs and definitely one we tell our guests to be sure and visit.

Their steaks are delicious and for those that don't like steaks they have some exceptional specials. If your here during the week they have some excellent priced specials.

The hosts and wait staff are very friendly and helpful.

You must try the chocolate bread pudding (they serve it warm), hummmm, delicious.

Gaskins is the place to go if you are in the mood for excellent aged beef. They serve a variety of cuts including ribeye, filet, and their specialty - prime rib. Our party had each of the above and they were all excellent. The hand cut steak fries a very good alternative to the standard baked potato. Salads were fresh and crisp. And the desserts were delicious.

They had a very nice wine selection both by the bottle and glass. With the new owners they have become very popular so I would advise making advance reservations or be prepared for a wait.
