My wife and I stayed here during our most recent motorcycle trip. The tree house cottages are extremely comfortable and romantic. The area is beautiful with plenty of scenic rides, including Arkansas' largest wooden suspension bridge and the Pig Trail ( hwy 23).

We will be back!

Room Tip: There are 2 areas for the tree house cottages. One area is in town and has easy access to the rooms...

This was our eighth time to the treehouse. So that says that we are really in love with this beautiful place. We have traveled across the country and stayed at some very nice places, but this is our favorite getaway. Many thanks to all those involved in making this a magical experience. The only problem is when we are packing we get so upset about leaving it makes it sad for us, but we have already booked for next year. Yea!!!

Room Tip: We have stayed in town and out in the woods. No complaints on either, but we just prefer the treeh...

We can't thank you enough for returning as our guests over the years! And what an honor, to be thought of as your favorite vacation in the trees. It is because of our guests that we continue to be blessed in our business. Thank you!

From the moment we drove down the secluded drive we began to feel the stress melting away. The soft music, heart shaped tub with the beautiful view, and a fire in the fire place continued the relaxation. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, immaculately clean ,special care taken to every detail. Waking up and having the fresh gingerbread and juice left in frig. was delicious and the finishing touch to lovely stay.

They managed to make our honeymoon something to hold even closer to our hearts than expected. We will forever brag about our experience and have already booked a trip back. We are constantly recommending them to everyone. You cannot deny exceptional service. They had such sweet and memorable gestures throughout our stay. They are beyond accommodating and unique. Hands down the best teahouse cabin experience.

We stayed in the Whispering Woods treehouse for our 3rd Anniversary. Treehouse was very clean and very nicely decorated. Music playing when we entered and snacks in the kitchenette. Staff were very helpful and friendly and you can tell they take pride in the details. Everything you could need is provided. We would recommend Treehouse Cottages to anyone needing a nice getaway. I'm sure Eureka Springs is beautiful any time of year but the fall colors are amazing this time of year.

Food - Brunch at Local Flavor was amazing. You must order the baked brie. Dinner at DeVito's on the rooftop deck - view doesn't get any better. Get there early to avoid the wait.

Helpful info - Bring bubble bath for the fabulous double jacuzzi. Also, we tried to get takeout from several restaurants for dinner the first night we were there and were told most don't do it on weekends due to volume. That might not be the case all the time. We were there during a very busy time of year for tourism.

Parking - Parking downtown is apparently free on Sunday, even though signage in lots does not say so. A local told us after the fact. Highly recommend using the trolley. Takes you anywhere you want to go and you can avoid the aimless driving around searching for a spot.

My wife and I were planning a weekend getaway to Eureka Springs and was fortunate enough to get a reservation at the Treehouse Cottages. We had stayed at one of the cottages at their main location before and loved it but didn't realize that they had built additional cottages right outside of town. To say that we were impressed would be an understatement. They have really went all out on this locaton. Starting with the street lights fashioned out of pine that lined the drive to our secluded cabin, we were amazed at the setting. The cabin sits about 40 feet in the air and the view was breathtaking. I can't emphasize enough that anyone wanting a romantic getaway needs to stay at the Treehouse Cottages. From the full wall of windows looking out over the forest, to the two person jacuzzi tub stretching out into the woods and the fireplace it was perfect. If you want to reconnect and relax this is the place.

My husband and I just loved the Hillside Haven Cottage! We were looking for relaxation, quiet time and quality time together -- and that is what we had for three (3) days and night! The cottage was perfect for us - the hot tub on the deck is why we chose the cottage over the treehouses. It was the BEST hot tub we have ever used! The Cottage and deck were clean, very well supplied and nicely decorated. There are lots of 'little touches' that let you know your visit is very much appreciated.

We traveld to Eureka Springs specifically to see the Passion Play. The staff at Treehouse Cottages were very friendly and helpful with all directions, places to eat and shop.

The loft bed made the best place to nap each afternoon! Which was a treat for me! We loved having a leisurely breakfast on the deck each morning and watching the birds and squirrels eat and play.

Others have complained about the road noise being loud -- to us we never noticed it. We do live on a highway so maybe that is why it wasn't an issue.

We highly recommend Treehouse Cottages and the Hillside Haven Cottage to anyone looking for a few days 'away from it all'!

Treehouse Cottages, est. 1990, were designed and hand built by owners Terry and Patsy Miller. Eureka Springs’ original treehouses are built on 5 wooden poles 22-26 feet off the ground, nestled in a forest of trees. Two locations provide our guests with different lodging options. In town, 3 treehouses are located on a wooded hillside, completely enveloped in a canopy of hardwood trees, yet only minutes from the historic downtown. There is also a 2 story ground level cottage which overlooks the terraced flower garden, and features a hot tub on its own private deck. Just a mile away at our "hidden forest" location are 4 treehouses tucked away in a 33 acre tall pine forest. The ideal place for complete seclusion, enjoy the canopy of lofty trees amidst the quiet sounds of the woods. ... more   less
