We stayed here with our 2 daughters Memorial weekend, 2004. We arrived before check in time but after checkout. We knew our room wasn't ready but soon found out that the people from the night before had not left the room and it was well past check out time. We decided to take the trolley to downtown and go shopping. We purchased trolley tickets at the desk and she told us the trolley arrives every 15 minutes and we had just missed it when we arrived. We waited 40 minutes and a trolley never showed. We got a refund on our tickets and had to drive downtown. We arrived back at the hotel at 2:30, check in at 2:00 and our room was still not ready!! I was about to lose my cool and the desk clerk was trying to figure out where to put us...finally housekeeping told her she was finished. The room, although small, was very clean and smelled fresh! We found out from housekeeping that the previous guests did not leave until 1:30. The hotel is kinda out of the way so we won't stay here again.
