The manager of the establishment said this was authentic Mexican dining at its best. Perhaps so, if no one had ever anything else to compare it against. The rice was under cooked (still VERY hard) and the Elote (corn dish) was barley seasoned. Having ordered fajitas, the beans that came with it seemed to be straight from a can and warmed up, also without a shred of seasoning. This place does have pretty good tomato salsa for their chips, which, when this salsa was added to the various food items that weren't seasoned well, made it tolerable. It's not worth the cost. The waiter also didn't get one of our orders correct. Had asked for no cheese on a dish, yet it came covered with cheese. When it was brought to the attention of the waiter, he took the plate, and came back out from the back room about three minutes later. It was clear by seeing the white cheese lining the side of the plate that the only thing that had been done was to scrape off the cheese and re heat the dish. There's other great places in Eureka Springs to go to, please don't visit this one.
