“A1 Holiday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2012

Wonderful accommodation. SOOO clean and staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast is ample and drinks in the hotel bar were not expensive at all. The half board meals in the restaurant were exceptional - 3 courses and wonderful staff, especially Sam.
The staff feel like your friends after the holiday!
Jamie was a fabulous rep. and the ski / board school is exceptional value for money. You're in for a treat if Joao Jorge teaches you - absolute legend! =]
Room was very clean and very warm. It could be a little noisy at night but you'd expect this from a lively resort such as Pas De La Casa. View from the room was amazing, looking out onto the piste. (closest hotel to the lifts / pistes / meeting point for board or ski school)
Very happy holiday-makers! Will absolutely be back! =]

My husband and I stayed here for our Christmas break. The hotel is clean and a had everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was ample choice from the continental breakfast buffet and the evening meals went down a treat. Don't expect anything too flash and you won't be disappointed. Great location too, less than a 5 minute walk to the pistes which were just across the road. There's plenty of bars, restaurants and shops too so overall a great all rounder resort.

Room Tip: The rooms at the top of the hotel get very hot, even with the heating turned off! Ask for a mountain...

I booked through Crystal Ski as a last minute break & wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly suprised. The rooms are clean, warm and functional. We were lucky enough to have a view directly over the pistes & lifts. Breakfast is continental, help yourself. Half board is taken at a nearby restaurant, the food was very tasty. What really made our stay here though was the staff.... friendly, helpful & fun. Dave is a legend. We will definitely be back.

Room Tip: Wonderful view from rooms facing the slopes.

I booked a last minute ski trip through the Crystal website and was very pleased with the result. The accommodation is simple, clean and functional, with half of the rooms having superb views over the pistes. Breakfast is continental, but with all you can eat. But what makes staying here so good, is the staff, who are welcoming, friendly and do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot praise either Pascale or Dave highly enough. Our ski rep, Jamie from Crystal, seemed to find 26 hours in each day and work every one of them. Helpful, friendly and courteous to all on the package, he is an asset to the company. So a very big thank you to the three of you who made this a wonderful holiday.

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view as these are lovely and tend to be quieter.

We were a group of 8 travelled 19.12.11 to the 26.12.11 with Crystal (Jamie best rep we ever had), various ages from 14 to 52. Could not fault anything in regards to the hotel or staff, all being very friendly with the hotel bar being good value and Dave, behind the bar very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were cleaned ever day (even Christmas day) and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is straight across the road from the piste and the ski school meeting point. The best thing about staying at this hotel apart from the location and staff is definitely the restaurant La Marsalles, where you have your evening meal as the food was amazing, with a choice of 3 starters, 3 main choices and a pudding, or you can eat off the menu up to 12 Euro's, could not fault anything we ate. The staff were amazing and made us feel instantly at home and could not have done more to help us to have one of the best ski holidays. Sad to say goodbye to all the staff - Sam, Gemma, Amir, Sam, ect at the restaurant and hotel. Thank you for a great time.

A most enjoyable week spent with young family. Accommodation was comfortable, spacious, and recently refurbished. You could not be any nearer to the slopes. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Half board arrangement for evening meals at the adjoining El Marsailles restuarant provided excellent food and atmosphere.

Room Tip: Room with view of slopes quieter

We are on our last day here (Christmas day). The hotel is virtually on the slopes. Out of the free ski lockers and across a small street onto the bottom of several ski lifts. Excellent accomodation, nothing too much trouble for the staff, although a slight problem with the internet connection, (go next door and use theirs, El Marselles, good food excellent staff and beer flows).

Room Tip: Ask for room facing the slopes as these are slightly qiueter.
