I have stayed at several Hampton Inns and even this particular one plenty of times. I was thoroughly disappointed on this most recent visit. The housekeeping staff (one young lady in particular) was very disrespectful and lazy. She became very angry and combative when asked whether she would be cleaning the room (I thought that was what they were suppose to do). In addition, the management, specifically the regional manager, knew of her conduct and allowed it. Initially, he appeared empathetic to the situation and planned to honor the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee;" however, he felt as if a write up in the employees file was sufficient. When questioned about the policy, the reg. manager, became defensive and aggressive. Very disappointing. I, nor any of my family members, will ever stay at this hotel again. It is a shame, because we come several times a year for family gatherings. A "thank you" to the corporate offices (Sandrell) and the other members of the management staff at this particular Hampton Inn (Cassandra, Julie, Tia).
