We visit family in Batesville quite often and were delighted to find that they now have this Comfort Suite. The girls at the desk are so friendly and nice.

The rooms are outstanding! The decor is modern and upscale.
The housekeeping staff is the best I have ever encountered. They never missed a thing when cleaning the room.

The only problem in the room was the A/C which kept cutting off even tho we did not have it set on auto. I think maybe it was pre-set not to be on all the time --- and it did make the room hot at times.

The continental breakfast had hot items such as biscuits and gravy and sausage. Also, there were hard boiled eggs. The breakfast area was spacious and a pleasant way to start the day.

The common areas were extremely hot and did not appeared to be air-conditioned. However, I did notice the thermostat in the breakfast area set at 78 degrees ( a little warm for me). The exercise room has nice equipment but I could not last there over 10 minutes due to the heat.

They have a great pool area.

This was overall an excellent place to stay and I highly recommend it.

We got to the area in the morning and went to our planned hotel (Radisson) when I spotted this gem. We stepped in to take a tour and the fron desk clerk showed us a room. We immediately canceled our room at the other place and checked in. It was 9:30 by the way. The rooms are clean and new (1 yr old hotel). Flat screen TV, comfy bed, and a free breakfast/internet. Nice indoor pool and workout facility which included new cross trainer, treadmill, and bike. I will stay here from now on.
