Myself and family lodged here in April 04 for two nights.We got a good rate, the rooms were clean and tidy.the pool area was well maintained and quiet(little aircraft noise).If i remembered the lobby area was brand new with free internet , not smelly or dirty, if that was the case i wouldnt have stopped there. The inn was nothing outstanding,but good value for money, which is all you can expect from a budget hotel chain.

Not only did the room and lobby smell horrible, but the comforter had blood stains. I found it impossible to sleep on the hard bed and cancelled my reservations for the following night.

I travel frequently and would have to say this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at.

Out of the few hotels/motels I have stayed at in Yuma this one would have to be the best. The front office staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, a little small though. There was a Denny's directly infront of the hotel so that was very convenient. I never did see a bug anywhere so that was definately a good thing.
