We arrived at 630 pm and were promptly seated (we had a party of 12) after we suggested that the waiter take our drink orders we waited aprox. 20-25 minutes for our drinks. After our drinks arrived we again suggested that maybe the waiter take our appetizer orders, after waiting a relatively short amount of time we got our appetizers
hot off the grill; my wife and I had jalapeno poppers which in the menu are said to come with ranch dip, the poppers served to us had guacamoley, not a big problem, but when we addressed this discrepancy
the waiter replied "well that's how they gave them to me". So after that connection was made the waiter had the incite to assume we were ready to order our main coarse which we did. 45 minutes pass and the waiter comes to our table saying that he is terribly sorry but there was a problem with the computer and our orders had not been put in to
the kitchen yet, and he would do something to compensate. Again not a problem, until he brings out a plate of 5 jalapeno poppers "on the house" (there were 12 of us) 1 hour 15 minutes have passed since we placed our orders when the manager comes to us with a note pad and starts retaking our orders, we respond by saying that we could just like to pay for our drinks leave, we stated that all the tickets were separate (there were 12 of use) the manager said OK and left, when she returned with one ticket we complained saying that there service was terrible and we felt we shouldn't have to pay for anything, in which the manager responded with "ok its all free, DONT CRY ABOUT IT". Now I'm no business expert, or any restaurant manager my any sense, but I wouldn't define that as good customer service. 24 thumbs down for Chretins
