Upon checking in I had a wild bird fly in my face. Front desk older lady didn't do nothing about it, bird crap on counter and back of computer. Room was okay needed wash cloths and shamphoo. Breakfast was okay Small Mexican lady was not helpful she sat at table to with family and friends was no help. Asked front desk lady who was very nice Mexican lady, she then assisted and got small Mexican lady to help

Compared to some of the motels we stopped and looked at in the centre of Williams this was a palace. Very basic just two beds and a television so ok for one night if you're getting desperate to find somewhere not too expensive. Stayed in far better Quality Inns. Breakfast was basic but ok. Too far to walk anywhere for an evening meal.

Hey folks, My traveling group stays in a LOT of motels & hotels. The experience can be saved from disaster by a caring, professional staff. Lynn, manning the front office, was an absolute dream to work with. We needed some special treatment for a number of our group, she was very accommodating, helping us every step. The rooms are basic quality, with an acceptable breakfast. Don't expect Hyatt quality on a budget. You will get the value you pay for. The staff here will treat you like celebrities!

We stopped there just for the night before heading to Grand Canyon. Hotel is pretty run down although room was OK. Overpriced but they charge tourists going to GC.
Breakfast was good. If you just tired and need to sleep, it is OK but not for longer stays.
