3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012

Perfectly average hotel. Clean, bed was huge and reasonably comfortable. It is right on the main street so the location really can't get much better. Short walk to the shops an restaurants in Williams. Safe, free parking, free wifi. There were some weird extra service charges and tax that bumped up the 59 dollar price we booked at to 75 a night which was a little more pricey than it should have been. But it's clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Plus discount coupons are given for the restaurants in town.

The hotel is located a little bit away from the main businesses on the same street. Walking at night towards the businesses was safe. The open lot is perfect to take the dog out to the bathroom. They allow pets for a fee (i think it was 10 bucks) the rooms are small and cozy.. the room we stayed in was a single king. cleanliness was ok... the sheets where clean. I would recommend the hotel to couples..because the rooms are small.. perfect if traveling with pets though..parking is free

Stayed there for a couple of days over the weekend to visit the Grand Canyon. The best location aomng Williams motels, and the rooms were reasonable, if not remarkable. A bit pricey, but all motels in Williams are at weekends.

We reserved a room here because of the favorable reviews. After arriving we realized we should have paid more attention to the unfavorable reviews. When we walked in my wife, who has mild asthma, started to choke and wheeze because of the strong chemical smell. It certainly smelled clean. The only thing good about this place was the location. The room was in dire need of a major redo. The "breakfast" was those tiny chocolate donuts from the supermarket, some sorry cookies and bad coffee from a dirty looking urn.

Room Tip: I don't know if there are any good rooms.

The place is modest, and so is the price. In the center of Williams and very handy as a stop on your way to the Grand Canyon. Nice people! Can you ask for more?

When me and my friend found the hotel by fluke we didn't know how lucky we were.
Of course that staying at the hotel was nice . And a nice and warm welcome from shanon at the reception . and also the location is great , in the middle of the town next to the restaurants and the nice route 66 gifts shops.

When we left the hotel at the morning after a few hundreds mile we found out that we forgot our camera . I called shanon . And she sent it by air mail to Miami !!!

That means everything to me
And I guess to all of you as well

If you're the fussy type that only feels comfortable at a high-class hotel, this is not it. But if you're looking for a deal for your money--I highly recommend. Yes, it's older, but it has been maintained. Our king bed was comfortable, the fridge and microwave worked and the shower was hot. Plus, the entire room was well-cleaned. What more do you need? The innkeeper is a sweetheart, provided us with coupons and gave great local info! Yes, she asked us not to turn the heat above 70, but who really needs it higher anyway? We also understand that running it higher is a great cost on them, which would force the rates up and obviously would hurt their "value" position. We will stay again if we're this way, but if you need fancy, keep rolling! Lol
