On check-in staff sent us to a room that was already occupied. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Advertised hot tub was under construction. No cables for high speed internet access. We were double charged for our stay at the hotel and when I called they told me that we had checked back in on the day we checked out. When informed that this was impossible as we had continued on our road trip they ultimately issued a credit. I was told that they could not prove that we were actually there so they would issue the credit. They were very rude and did not apologize, in fact, it took several attempts on my part to actually get someone to talk to me about the situation.

I have made many trips to the Williams area and this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in this area. There was some construction going on, it looked like they were upgrading the pool/spa area, but the work was pretty unobtrusive.

This place was terrible. We booked online. Upon arrival the desk clerk was rude and insisted that we didnt have reservations when they were printed and in my hand. Then after 30 min hassle she found them. The decor was way out dated in the rooms. the beds and pillows were cheap. The breakfast was like cattle call as it was very unorganized. I would not and will not ever stay here again.

We stayed 12/31/06. We stayed primarily because the hotel was a Best Western and it had high speed wired internet. The halls of the hotel smelled. The room was very dimmly lighted. There were not enough lights, or they needed brighter bulbs. The high speed internet did work, but there wasn't enough power outlets to plug my lap top in on the table near the internet connection. I would have had to unplug the dim lamp or the clock to plug in my computer. There were very few power outlets in the whole room. We asked for an extra pillow and they were out. There wasn't a micro waive or fridge, but there was a small coffee maker. The decor was kind of old, and in general an OK room but not some place that I would look forward to going back to again, but would if I had to have a room. The breakfast was a typical cold breakfast, nothing that great, but OK. I bet a few years back this was a very nice place to stay. It just looks like it has never been updated, or kept up. Admittedly I have stayed a time or two at comparable places, but they were also much less money. I will say that the two ladies at the front desk were pleasant and tried to help.
