“Best Deal For The Price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2014

Rooms are small but nicely decorated, very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, in room coffee, very good free continental breakfast, walking distance to good restaurants. Great deal for the money spent. Friendly and helpful staff.

What a lovely surprise we had when we opened our door! Whilst the rooms are compact, the snazzy design and features make up for the sq footage! Also, clearly the best looking motel in Williams and better after dark with the classic neon signs. The room was really well appointed (coffee maker and organic amenities) plus the best nights sleep during our 9 night road trip. Right in the centre of Williams downtown and we enjoyed the locality of the trains. Great feature across the road, heated covered patio with gas fires. On our second night, having been spoilt by our visit to the South Rim, we grabbed some snacks/beer and hung out there for an hour. Very pleasant, even at 10c! Everything you need - ice maker, microwave and breakfast. We will definitely be returning.

This is a cute, lovely place with excellent customer service. The rooms are decorated with modern decor and obviously have a designer's touch. The free breakfast doesn't hurt either. This place shares the management with The Lodge on Route 66.

There were only a few major downsides. The room we booked was small. It was tiny, tiny, small. There was a lot of furniture in a room that small and the king sized bed basically took up the whole space. We were constantly bumping into each other. It was a fine rate for a room that small, but still, way too small.

The other issue was the heating/cooling system. There was no auto setting so we had to keep adjusting it through the night. Since it was only 20F outside, we'd either have it too hot or too cold. Nothing was just right.

The last issue was that the charcoal tiles easily get your feet dirty. I wasn't a fan of that.

Besides that, cute, stylish place, just would have liked more room. Also, it's a great place to stay before heading to the Grand Canyon.

Room Tip: Don't bring too much luggage or you won't have space for it.

What a surprise! I stayed here this passed weekend and absolutely fell in love! Yes, the rooms are definitely on the small size, but I am willing to look passed that considering how much character this motel has! Audrey, at the front desk, was so helpful. I told her how much I loved the decor, and she continued to tell me about the history of the hotel. She even showed me pictures of the renovation process of The Lodge (the other motel they own). The owners clearly put their heart and soul into this place, and boy does it show! I will definitely be staying here on my way back through town.

Rodeway on one side of the street and something else on the other but don't worry. This is a really good stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but very nicely decorated. Coffee maker with Kona coffee - at last a good cup of hotel coffee - and a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast is good with nice selection of pastries. Good internet connections. On main street - Rt 66 - in Williams and everything is within 5 or 6 blocks.

This is an old motel in the center of Williams that has been completely refurbished and modernized to a high standard. From the outside it looks like the motels in 50s and 60s movies. Inside the room was refurbished and re-furnished with modern furniture and fittings. The bed was very large and comfortable - we had a very good nights sleep. The check-in and breakfast was in the motel across the road. When we checked-in we asked which was a good local restaurant - we were advised to go to the Red Raven which was very good and only a very short walk from the motel.

Such a pleasure of staying in our room after a long day on the road. Everything you need with a friendly smile. Only problem I say was that the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up in the morning.
This hotel is close to all the shops in downtown.

Room Tip: Just show up and you will be given a beautiful up to date room for a great price!
