“Good Value”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 2, 2012

We only had one night here. The room is well arranged and very clean with nice decor. but it is a bit to small. It is very short walk to town centre which is so historical and full of 'Route 66' signs. It is the best choice for us. We drove from Grand Canyon west, and the next morning about 5am to the south rim, so we did not have breakfast which is free.

We spent one night here in room "O" the owners quarters, queen bed, nicely remodeled bathroom which was roomy but neither the sink nor the shower/tub had very good water pressure, barely enough to shower with. Room was clean, staff was friendly, the included continental breakfast was served across the street in a sister property. This fact not revealed in the web site info, depending upon the weather this could be a problem. Rating poor due to water pressure and across the street breakfast.

My fiance and I loved this place. The room was small and the bed wasnt the best but the place was clean and adorable and in the middle of one of the cutest towns i've ever been to. If you have the opportunity to stay in Williams, AZ i would and i would recommend this place. The counter help was pleasant and answered all our questions. Breakfast is average, coffee, yogurt, muffins and bagels, nothing too fancy. Couple of options in town to breakfast (and dinner). It's in a good location and we felt very safe here. We were here for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer after some of the other places we stayed. Highly recommended!

This is a small inn, only about 12 rooms total and a couple are in an outbuilding. If you want a chain hotel experience don't stay here. If you are looking for a good value this may be your place. Our room was on the second level and was perfectly adequate for four adults and a toddler. It had a mini frige and a microwave. The water pressure is low but none of us had any issues with showers or anything. Breakfast is basic; yogurt, muffins, coffee, tea, bagels, toast, etc. Every place to stay in town is within a couple blocks of the railroad tracks but I only noticed the train our first night. In short, nothing fancy but good comfortable accomodations at a good price in a good location. You can easilly walk to dinner, shops, and the Grand Canyon Railway.

We rather enjoy staying in non-hotel chains. Much more character. More history. This place is clean and certainly adequate. The continental breakfast is more than adequate. We stayed as a couple, so I'm not sure how conducive to families. I did not notice any families with young children here. It is not a place to stay if needing to do business, but very relaxing for holiday.

Stayed at this B&B one night. Rooms are not very big, but hold all the necessities. Beds are not big (for two) and I found the bathroom (toilet) a bit small, but i all this is a nice place to stay, just because you can see the owner made half of the stuff in the room herself. Breakfast across the street was OK, as you can expect for a place like this without a restaurant.
