Had reservations for early October which we cancelled due to a change in plans. Sent two E-mails and left a phone message asking for confirmation of cancellation, but received no response. Wanted to make sure it was acknowledged due to cnacellation policy. Only found that they received it 3 weeks later when received my credit card statement and noted the cancellation fee. Not sure if this rellects on the quality of the B & B, but is not a great way of providing service to the public. They definitely had correct E-mail address as had received a confimation of initial reservation. Really would expect more from a business such as this.

The Legacies is a lovely house. Our room (the Virginian) was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The grounds are small, with only a small patio with picnic table for outdoor sitting. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Legacies is a very nice place to stay after a day of adventure in the Grand Canyon. The house is big, the rooms are very nice and clean. The owner is very nice and enjoys speaking with his guests. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was not as good as expected (though decent). I recommend this B&B for people looking for a romantic and quiet environment.

We spent our 10th Anniversay at Legacies and it was everything we hoped for and more. Linda and Ron were very welcoming and the room was absolutely luxurious. We had opted for the "Sweetheart Package" so there was a beautiful arrangement of roses, chocolates and a complimentary bottle of bubbly from our hosts. The bathroom was the biggest and most unusual bathroom we were in during our 3 week trip. The light up jacuzzi bath was a dream to come home to after a day touring Flagstaff. We stayed in the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas and the bathroom in the b&b was bigger!! Over a freshly cooked breakfast Linda was very happy to help with advice on the local area and there are plenty of guide books to read. It is very easy to walk down to the pubs and restaurants from the b&b and there were plenty to choose from. The Red Raven was closed on Easter Sunday, and by default we went to Cruisers for a meal. The food was very good but watch out for the very unusual toilets. I can honestly say that the staff were great. When we asked them to order a taxi home for us as I had on high heels, the taxis were closed due to the holiday, but the manager personally gave us a lift home. It's not often you get service like that. we would definately recommend Legacies to family and friends and hope to return there again.
