“Great ride through adventure”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

We went through Bearizona while we were staying in Williams for the week. It doesn't take long to drive through and the animals are very easy to see. The wolves were most impressive because they actually came toward the car. After we drove through we got out at the walk around area and really enjoyed that. They have a whole area of bear cubs, older ones and then another area for smaller ones, they were just darling. I loved it! It isn't expensive and was really enjoyable.

“Bearizona a Must”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2013

A MUST. This was not on our list to go to but as we didn't have a long drive the next day, decided to have a look 1st thing. $20 entry, but totally worth it. Opens at 8am, no crowds and the drive through the enclosures was excellent - extremely close to the animals. The bears - approx a dozen - fabulous and most were really close to the road. At the end of the drive is the walk through section with a good variety of animals, theres a kids area as well. The juvelnile bears (8 when we were there) were worth the effort alone. The park only opened in 2010 & it will only get better. Also, the town of Williams - needs a couple of hours to walk around and check out the Route 66 shops.

“Bearizona, never the same show.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2013

We have had annual passes for two years now and every time we go through the park or animals a different, even on the same day. Sometime the Burrows will be active and the Bison won't. Some times the wolves will be active and the Big Horn Sheep won't. If you go at feeding time, which varies with the season, it seems everyone is active. Drive slowly through the drive through part. We take about 45 minutes to an hour stopping and watching and taking pictures. The window of the vehicle need to be up in wolf and bear section of the drive through sections but if you arrive at the right time they have an open air bus tour so you can get good pictures of the wolves and bears.

The walk through part is the same. If you are disabled like me you can go to the gift shop and get an electric cart to transport you through most of the walk through area. The driver can tell you the lowdown on the animals and their activity and their names. This is how we learned that the badger would put on a show every summer afternoon at about 5 PM.

The Rapter show was great but my wife & I haven't seen it since it changed location.

Looking forward to the creepy crawly tunnel that is due to open late October 2013.

Every year so far significant changes and improvements have been made during the winter/spring. Looking forward to next years changes.

“Wasn't going to stop but glad we did!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 21, 2013

After a long drive we thought we might bypass this attraction but I'm glad we made the effort, it's not far off the route and only 20 dollars to get in. The place was almost empty which meant that when driving around the safari park part there was only our car and maybe 1 or 2 others not like in the UK where 20 cars will be stopped trying to look at one animal. We could take our time and get close to white buffalo, big horn sheep and LOTS of bears. The food is put out quite close to the road so you can really see the animals and because it is warm they are quite active not all asleep. You can then walk around the enclosures and see native animals like beaver, raccoons, porcupine and the juvenile bears. You couldn't spend all day here but for a couples of hours to see some native animals up close it was great.

“The birds are great”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 21, 2013

A small group of us (about 10) visited this attraction. As stated in other reviews, this is still a young attraction and they are working on making it better. For us the highlight of the visit was the bird show. They really skim right over your head. We only did part of the walking tour because of the rain that popped up. We drove the loop and it seemed that there were very few animals to be seen. They added two new small loops that we were directed to drive around but they were still under construction and no animals were to be seen.
