This hotel has some good attributes, the price, location, and number of rooms available. However, it also has many flaws. The hotel is very noisy, and there is way too much light outside the rooms making it hard to sleep as your room never gets completely dark. Also, some of the staff are very rude. I do have to say that some of them were nice, mostly at the front desk though. Also, do not expect much from the free breakfast. There is not much food available to begin with, and the room it is served in is way to small, making it very crowded. My advice to someone wanting to stay in Tusayan, stay at the Quality Inn. It is much further back from the road so it is not as noisy. The Red Feather is simply just a cheap room and that is all, expect nothing more.
