This hike is worth doing if you're in the area for a bit. Yes it costs 100q and yes that does include a guide. Not sure about reviews saying you need a guide for this hike. If you go in the morning there will likely be many others on the trail and to me the trail itself seemed pretty obvious. We started off with a group with a guide but found it a little slow and hiked ahead on our own, no problem.
Best to get up there as early as you can to ensure a clear view. It's definitely a grind, especially the second half. make sure youre up for it, bring lots of water and grab a walking stick at the trailhead for the descent.
