Liquid Magic Surf Resort is without a doubt one of the most beautiful & serene places I have ever stayed. Eugene & Caroline Mitchell have a created an oasis of beauty from the beautiful pool to the lovely cabins and the food is wonderful and fresh from the owners garden. Eugene has awesome surf spots and cool waterfalls nearby to hike and explore. It's romantic, It's relaxing, It has super fun waves & The owners are great people. Really great vacation spot!!

For me the best part of this gem in the jungle are the owners, Eugene and Caroline, Their gentle manner and care of their guests is wonderful. The two spacious cabins are comfortable, with great beds,hammocks on the porch, a shimmering pool steps away,and lots of windows to open for gentle breezes. There is an early wake up call from the jungle as the howler monkeys greet the day.It's close to very beautiful beaches but far enough away to get away from the hustle of traffic. Eugene is an incredible cook if you request, and Caroline is an accredited masseuse! There are many other amenities at this spa that you just have to discover for yourselves. I highly recommend it. There are many places that are beautiful in Costa Rica, but nothing so frustrating as to have lack of caring. This is not the case at Liquid Magic, the experience is well worth it!

Eugene and Caroline ,owners of these 2 spacious cabins,took care of all our needs with great love , as it was reflected through the natural environment they have lovingly created to accommodate our physical and spiritual needs. Surrounded by trees of ylang ylang and ever green mountains and flavor of exotic flowers ,we felt so honored. we are looking forward to being there soon.
