Great food, friendly waitress. Go early so you can see the sunset. Lovely location. No complaints. I have nothing else to say but tripadvisor won't publish this unless its 100 characters.

this restaurant had unfriendly service (first time we experienced that in a month in Costa Rica) and old stored spring rolls that were like rubber and very unfresh veggies. We are not picky eaters, but we are used to Thai food that has fresh colorful veggies and great spices and spring rolls that are fresh and delicious. Our waiter was on the edge of quite rude. We are vegan and usually Thai is a great choice for us, but this place was really the worst Thai food we have had anywhere in the world.

We went on a Friday night, craving shrimp & cashews. Well...thanks to the large party before us, they ran out of both. The waiter was very nice though. Instead we had the chicken curry (red) and pad thai....both were made to order and very fresh. Service was great! Best meal I had in my 3 week stay in Costa Rica.

In the small town of Dominical, most all stores and restaurants are right on the main road. Often overlooked, Coconut Spice is set back off that road at the ninety degree turn of the entrance road to Dominical......this restaurant in worth going to!
The service is very attentive and the menu choices are abundant. During my last visit, I ate there three different times and three different meals. My favorite was yellow curry chicken, followed closely by the tandoori chicken.....which in my case was bursting with flavor and was very tender.
Compared to other restaurants in the town of Dominical, I would rate this one #1.
