What a great place!! Beautiful views, super clean pool, right on the beach and the owners Richard and Dianne will do whatever they can to make your stay a perfect one!!

Spent two relaxing days in one of the small cottages, felt like home complete with a number of very friendly dogs. Diane & Richard are great hosts & very accommodating. Pool was just outside our cottage. Cottage vas very comfortable & clean, & had a comfortable porch area to relax. Signage on the highway was a little difficult to spot, but once we found it, it was worth it!! Just a nice spot to stop over & enjoy the Pacific side.

My husband and I couldn't have been more delighted with coconut grove! We found this secluded paradise while walking along the beaches of Dominical. We stayed in both the family villa and small cottage and found both to be well appointed, clean and great value for money (especially compared with others in the area).

The hotel is set amongst exceptionally maintained lush grounds right on your own beach so you wake up to the morning calls of the surf and birds.

The walk into town is only 20min along the shore or $4 cab ride. Richard and Dianne couldn't do more for their guests from organising great transfer rates, activities or simply telling the staff at Roco Verde to take good care of you!

A previous guest made note of the dogs. Yes, there are a number of docile dogs which belong to the family however they are on a separate part of the property and never leave Richards side.

We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. Whether you are a family who need cooking facilities or a couple looking for some romance, this hotel is for you.

Stayed in the big house for three days. It was neat and clean, kitchen well stocked with condiments and kitchen utensils. the porch in back had great seating, a table and hammock with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The pool was a few feet away.

Diane and Richard take great pride in their lodging. They are kind and compassionate people who rescue animals who would not have survived without them. The dogs coming to visit adds to the friendly atsmophere. They are not intrusive.

Looking around, you see lots of beautiful trees and flowers, iguanas and birds. Sunset is beautiful.

I look forward to my next visit and staying at the Coconut Grove again.
