First off, I got this property through Priceline, so it was a bit of a bargain for me. Once I had gotten notification that my bid was accepted, I realized that there was a potential for only having one queen bed (I needed either 2 beds or a sofa sleeper) and I wasn't given a preference for smoking/non-smoking. I called the property roughly 2 weeks before my arrival and asked for the queen plus sleeper sofa and a non-smoking room. I got exactly what I had asked for. The room was nice, fairly spacious, and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. I got the sleeper sofa, and I have slept on better, but it served its purpose. The communal areas were nicely decorated and clean. The staff were helpful and efficient. My only complaints were that: 1.) we were on the ground floor right by the pool, and at night I slept with the window open. It was very noisy from some sort of electrical equipment running all night. (The hotel's air conditioning, perhaps??) However, I think if the window had been closed, this would have been less noticeable. And 2.) this property is really not very close to restaurants and other services. Everything was a bit of a drive. However, the hotel is very close to the freeway (without the freeway noise!). I would recommend this property to others and would not hesitate to stay here again - even if I had to pay full price.
