Front Desk - we arrived late night and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He even gave us info on a 24 hour delivery place that was a life saver with a very hungry family. Also, booking.com had sent three reservations to them for our family and they called up to check before we arrived if that was correct. It saved us $250 in extra rooms that were not ours. So thanks for that.
Location - if you are using Sky Harbor it is simple to get to. About 10 minute drive.
Pool - pool is not kept up as well as it could be. My son and I replaced the drains that had been uncovered (imagine big 12 inch diameter holes by the pool). The bottom of the pool had not been vacuumed in some time. Also the "hot tub" was more of a kiddie pool as the heater was not working.
Breakfast Seating Area - the food was fine, but there is limited space, so if you have a group or a family of 4 most likely you will not be sitting with each other. But you can go sit by the pool and be together.
Parking - there was no parking left when we arrived, so we had to park in an agent hotels lot. No big problem, but thought I should mention it.
Overall: it is a motel. plain and simple. it serves its purpose, a place to sleep, free internet (which was nice and quick) and OK breakfast (even with limited seating)
