Can't comment on the quality of the food since we never got a table. When my wife and I walked in we noticed plenty of tables available - at least 6. There were two waitresses nearby. One began to approach us but then without a word turned away to talk with the other waitress and never came to back to acknowledge our presence. A few minutes later she walked by quickly and muttered "it will be a couple of minutes" without actually looking at us. We were patient and waited another 10 minutes before a different waitress, who seemed suprised that we had not been seated yet, told us that a table would be cleared for us immediately (there were already a LOT of clear tables). After a few more minutes and still no seating and no staff to be found, we left. Total time wasted waiting: perhaps 20-25 minutes. They have accolades of their great food plastered all over the lobby...we'd have loved to have tried it!

The best Italian cuisine and service we have experienced anywhere to date. We dined there four nights out of the five we stayed in Phoenix.
