Large clean rooms for a small price, what else do you need? Conveniently located, very friendly staff. Perfect.

Stayed for 9 nights recently. Room was nice and very clean, offered a true 2-room suite. Location was not ideal. Our room was located on 1st floor on the interstate side of the hotel. All night we heard traffic, bass thumping from cars waiting at the stoplight, motorcycles, sqealing tires, etc. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, we both woke up every morning with every muscle sore. A decent location right near the highway, but in a residential neighborhood, so not near a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc. Small pool, but its right in the parking lot. Nothing special about the front desk staff. Upon check-in, asked if there was a Target or Walmart nearby to pick up a few items. The clerk said he didnt know, which I found hard to believe. We pulled out the phone book, and there were several located within a couple of miles of the hotel. Upon checkout, we were charged $1.08 per day for a "safe warranty" fee. Although this is a tiny amount of money, I questioned it since we werent told about it at check in. The clerk told us that it was in case the safe broke and it was a tax that we were required to pay whether we used the safe or not. Hot breakfast every morning was decent but nothing to get excited over. Would not stay at property again.

What a great find this was! Great access to the freeway gets you where you want to go.

Very clean, large room... a true "suite" with a bedroom and living room area/kitchenette. Free high speed internet is a plus!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We travel to the Phoenix area often and I told my husband this is where we will stay from now on!!

We stayed here three nights and were very pleased! I was initially concerned that the location would be too far from the "tourist" type stuff we wanted to do, but it was perfect. It is right off the I-101 and I-60, and west of it on Southern are several stores for shopping and restaurants. Plus, it was easy to get to the University area and Old Town Scottsdale without even using the interstate.
The room was spacious--a true suite--with two rooms. It had a kitchen/living room with a couch (I suspect it pulled out but we didn't need to check), chair, and desk, along with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, two burner stove top, dishwasher, and complete kitchenware. There were 2 TVs--one in the bedroom and one in the living room area.
The breakfast buffet was very good--scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, bagels, English muffins, donuts, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee/tea/cocoa. On Wednesday night we were treated to a dinner (vegetable lasagne, salad, and dessert) that is offered every Wednesday night for free.
My husband used the exercise room and found it adequate. We did not use the small outdoor pool but did see some people who were enjoying it.
The hotel staff were polite and helpful.
We paid under $70 (without tax) per night and thought it a terrific bargain. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
