This place is loud, voices heard in the hallways throughout the night -- didn't get a peaceful night sleep. Pillows were lumpy and hard.
Heater was loud, cheap amenities. Dirty carpet -- looked liked scorch marks near the bed in the room I was placed in.
Lady up front was rude and needs to learn some manners like saying thank you to a customer, etc. I was the second person waiting in line, there were only two of us, the woman in front of me was conducting a cell phone call during her turn, attempting to give directions to another person in her party to the location and asking a number of questions of the clerk. When it came my turn, a man walked in and stood besides me and the clerk asked who was next -- hello, you can't tell me she didn't know I was next when it was just me and the other woman for a full five minutes in the lobby -- and then the clerk told me to get my ID and credit card out and proceeded to help the man first.
Because this location was out of the way, I got lost and attempted to call the number twice and staff apparently doesn't answer the phone. I should have thought better of this place when I originally called to book a reservation -- to ask for a second floor placing, being a woman traveler --I was put on hold indefinitely, which prompted me to book it via cheap tickets. during check-in, I asked if a AAA discount was available I was told that couldn't be done because I had booked the reservation through another source. I got a first-floor handicap room, go figure.
