This hotel should be shut down. Not only is the hotel itself bad smelling and dirty, the hotel staff is just as terrible. They treated each and every guest badly. Our first sign should have been all of the customers coming up to the reception desk complaining of their room. After we were given our hotel room, we walked into a mildew-smelling elevator. As we approached our room, we found food and trash lining the hallways. In our room, or more specifically, in our bed, we found crumbs of what we guessed was food. The floor had never been vaccumed, as we found the crust of pieces of pizza on the floor below our bed. We asked the "Manager" of the hotel if we could get our sheets changed. He informed us that "his staff" had gone home, so there was nothing he would do for us. We were floored! We then asked for sheets so we could change them ourselves.
He never apologized for what we found in our bed or near the bed. He was completely rude and disrespectful to us. And this was the manager we were to deal with. I will never return to this hotel, nor will anyone that I know. They are a shame to the "Quality Inn", and "Comfort Inn" hotel chain.
