We were a bit reserved as we had seen some bad reviews and heard some bad reports on Days Inn (not this one). However at the time of our booking it was all we could find around Surprise/Sun City. Check-in was a breeze, they had put us on the 3rd (top) floor. The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to a very minor issue we had one day. Otherwise... good breakfast, very quiet (and I am picky on this one), located near some nice restaurants (If you like asian food please visit the Shanghai up in Sun City it is excellent). The room was clean, AC/heating system worked like it was new. We even had a jacuzzi which was nice after a long day of hiking. Pool was nice and clean, 4ft depth maximum. The fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyers in the afternoon were a nice touch. Thank you Days Inn Surprise!

Brought a team of U17 soccer players and was looking
for something more economical..
Queen size beds were a plus !
BBQ available on the poolside.
Very clean and well maintained.
Most of all, excellent staff & management.

good value for money. Clean, well appointed. Friendly staff.
