Had a lovely dinner here on a Saturday night in February 2013. Service was excellent and the food very very good. My wife had two entrees (Wild Mushroom Risotto - devine, and Pork Belly, very good) and a dessert while I had the Foie gras entree - delicious, and the Vanilla Duck Confit, also fantastic and cooked to perfection. Cocktail list a little short but wine list very good. I would like to think you good get standard cocktails (Margaritas etc) from the bar but forgot to check :-(
Try and get a table by the walls as the tables in the centre row of the room shake each time a waiter/patron walks by.
Highly recommend this restaurant and would return tomorrow although it wouldnt take long to get through the menu as there are only 5 choices in each section. See http://www.eightpointtwo.co.nz/ for a preview of the menu.
